ICIP 2012 Technical Demonstration Session
ICIP is introducing an interactive, hands-on demonstration of imaging-related hardware, software, and displays as part of the 2012 Conference. The technical demonstration is open to all ICIP 2012 conference attendees and commercial entities working in the realm of imaging. The ICIP 2012 Technical Demonstration Session represents a unique networking opportunity, a time when attendees can see the latest research in action, compare commercial products, ask questions of technically knowledgeable demonstrators, and even make purchasing decisions about a range of products. The Technical Demonstration Session is scheduled throughout the duration of the conference Technical Program and located in the Exhibit Hall (same location as the Poster Session and Coffee Breaks).
Space must be reserved in advance for participation in the ICIP 2012 Technical Demonstration Session. All ICIP 2012 conference authors may request one complimentary half-booth slot to demonstrate hardware or software in support of their conference presentation; requests for space must include details on how the demonstration relates to the accepted paper or poster. ICIP authors may upgrade their half-booth to a full booth at a cost of $100 ($150 after August 15, 2012). All author requests must be received by August 15, 2012; requests received after that date will be subject to a $50 fee. Booths are not transferable and available on a first come/first served basis. Once all the slots are reserved, further requests for slots will NOT be guaranteed. Authors will be informed if their request for a slot has been approved.
Non-authors (or ICIP authors wishing to demonstrate a product not related to their presentation), including individuals, businesses, and companies, may purchase a half-booth for $200 or full booth for $300 by August 15, 2012, on a space available basis. After that date, rates increase to $250 and $350, respectively. (Please inquire about special sponsor and exhibitor rates.) Space is limited. Priority will be given to speakers and companies in support of technical presentations and assigned on a first come/first served basis. Late requests will be considered only if sufficient space is still available.
